SERIES_DATA_LABELS_SHOW_PERCENT does not work in Excel 2003
When opening a XLS generated file in Excel 2003 pie charts could not be shown with percentage (SERIES_DATA_LABELS_SHOW_PERCENT). Using SERIES_DATA_LABELS_SHOW_VALUE works fine. But not SERIES_DATA_LABELS_SHOW_PERCENT
