Can you open CSV files with the reader?

Yes, you can easily read CSV files with the EasyXLS Reader.

For a specific example, you can download and install the EasyXLS Professional Trial and check out tutorial no. 26 from the installation folder. Or look up easy_ReadCSVFile_AsDataSet method in our online manual

You can use ExcelDocument.easy_ReadTXTFile_AsDataSet or ExcelDocument.easy_ReadTXTFile_AsList. Using those methods you can specify the row and column separators.

How can I read text file with russian text (Encoding "Windows-1251"). I tried to do this by ExcelDocument.easy_ReadTXTFile_AsDataSet, but instead of russian letters I got unreadeble symbols.
