Hello, I installed a professional server version of easyxls with regular licence on my server Windows 2003 32 bit to create xls files from my asp page. Il all worked fine until yesterday, now it doesn't work anymore. I didn't change my asp page nor server configurations or permissions, I have no idea about why it stops working. Yesterday afternoon I tried unistalling and reinstalling EasyXLS, I tried to register manually the DLL (I followed the indications found in topic viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2206 ) and after this procedures I tried again my asp page and it was all ok. This morning everything happened again, but now I can't fix it anymore. Nothing I tried yesterday seems to work today. I also tried to launch the VBS tutorials and they works fine, but my asp page still don't work. Can you help me? The owner of the website is very disappointed about this problem and I have to find a solution as soon as possible. Thank you. |

It might be a problem related to IIS. Try to restart the IIS service, restart IIS Pooled Applications or ultimately restart the machine. Can you create any other COM objects? Check also your Pooled Applications settings. |

Hi Daniela, I tried to restart IIS and also the virtual machine and nothing changed. I have no other COM objects, only activeX objects and they work fine. I use default pool applications in my IIS, what else can I try? Thank you. |

Our records show us a developer license installation for yesterday. Are you sure that is not a developer license installed? Also let us know the full error that you get and what object you are trying to create (the line of code that crashes). |
